The design of Swimerz Trolling hook rigs has two main considerations. Most importantly, to deploy the hook so it has the best chance of targeting the best place to hook the fish, which is above and over the jaw bone. Secondly, not to hinder the lures action.

The reason twin hooks have a better hook up rate is that twin hooks weigh twice as much as singles and therefore have greater stability when being pulled through a turbulent environment.

Swimerz Jigging & Trolling Hook sets are designed for use with skirted lures, on light to medium fishing tackle. Built with two stainless steel super sharp hooks for easy penetration on premium quality 49 strand light stainless steel wire, the sleeves are bench swaged for strength. Secured with copper crimps, the placement of the heat shrink tubing protects the rigs connection points, maintains the hooks angles, and prevents the trailing hook from flicking over & fouling on the leader.

Available in 180-degree opposed and inline double hook configurations.
