Artizan wire forms are made from quality stainless spring steel, with an approximate diameter of 0.9mm. They are available in three sizes.
While primarily used for making spinnerbaits, these forms can also be used to make jig spinners and other skirted lure variants.
As spinnerbaits can have many variations in design, from small light ones all the way up to big heavy-duty models that use different blade shapes, hooks and skirts, the correct selection of wire form is largely about what you are targeting. It's also about the depth of the water that you're going to fish. In shallow water. A nice little compact frame will keep the bait high in the water, while if you're fishing deep water and you want to get down to where the fish are on the bottom, a big solid heavy-duty frame is the way to go.
