Collection: Swimerz Eddy Bomber Jigs

"Eddie Bomb" is a term for a torpedo sinker equipped with a freely moving heavy duty assist hook on a length of PE line mounted to the top of the lure, with a stainless steel wire running through the entire length of the sinker to give the lure maximum strength, and a stinger hook at the base of the sinker. This sleek and centre weighted design gives them the ability to descend rapidly. The assist hook is fitted with a silicon skirt to provide additional movement and colour to the rig.

Originally intended to get down to deep-sea fish quickly in strong currents or winds, Swimerz Eddy Bombers can be used in any conditions. They are often used in tuna fishing, particularly for bluefin tuna, but are also suitable for other pelagic species and reef dwellers.

Available in 120gm and 200gm weights, they come in a pack of 3 jigs, in either assorted glow colours (1 each x green, pink and yellow), or unpainted.

The 120gm size is equipped with 2 x 3/0 heavy duty jig assist hooks, 180kg double ring, 7mm heavy duty split rings, and a silicon skirt (random colour/type supplied).

The 200gm size is equipped with 2 x 5/0 heavy duty jig assist hooks, 225kg double ring, 8mm heavy duty split rings, and a silicon skirt (random colour/type supplied).
