As filleting knives often work in wet conditions, Rig Ezy’s Filleting Knife has a comfortable ergonomically designed handle with a soft, rubberised, non-slip grip, and are shaped with a secure grip to keep fingers safe. There are 3 mount points on the handle to secure the knife if necessary.
The flexible 165mm long stainless steel trailing point blade is 20mm wide at the base, and a 1.5mm diameter. With flexibility for precise cuts, on the back of the blade, is a scaler/saw capable of cutting through fishbone, or use the ‘V’ blade to take off individual spines. Optimized for slicing or skinning, they come with an easy to clip on blade protector.
